Wyatt in Juneau
A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

Patsy Ann was a local hero in her time. She lived during the early part of the 20th century in downtown Juneau. She would be at the docks for any ship incoming or departing from Juneau. They say she never missed a ship in her life. But the most extraordinary thing about Patsy Ann is that she was blind. Nobody knows how she did it, but she did. This memorial statue sits on the dock in downtown and is there for every cruse ship that comes and goes from our port.
