A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

One of the favored parts of camp is the campfire time. We usually spend 30 minutes singing as many camp songs as we can squeeze in and then the students perform skits. I have attached a document of the song-book we use in PDF format. The skits are all classic camp skits and we encourage the students to put as much character into them as possible. We usually get some pretty funny interpretations. At the end of the campfire time, I told my famous Purple Gorilla story and we all sang the Chicky Chicky Beat to applaud good camp behavior. Then the kids scooted off to bed.
