April Fool's Day came late to Juneau this year. After a month without fresh snow and with many signs of the forthcoming spring, we all woke-up Sunday to an inch of wet snow. By the afternoon it was all gone and we don't expect any until November, but it was a wonderful surprise to see it for one more day.
