  Romania

Wyatt in Carpathian Mountains
A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

North of Bucharest sit the Carpathian Mountains. I learned a valuable lesson in these mountains the first time I came to Romania. That summer I was hiking with some friends. The fog rolled in and obscured our view of the posts that were set to mark the trail. I thought it would be no big deal to try to walk straight in the direction of the next post. When the clouds cleared, I found I was way off track. This was a reminder to me that I need to keep my eyes focused on Christ. When I lose sight of him, I will wander off course even if I think I am going straight.
