We arrived in Bucharest late at night but the emotions of the city were still strong in me. This is my sixth time in Romania. It is my third time to be a part of the WEI campaign we will soon start. My first year to come was 1998. It gets better and better each time I come. Bucharest and Romania is gearing up to become a part of the European Union. They are working hard to make an already beautiful city even better.
