A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

Every family has their very own Christmas traditions. The Paden family starts their festivities on Christmas Eve by eating a light meal to falsely lull the body into forgetting about the two big meals it will eat the next day. Then Jon, the patriarch, reads a Christmas story and THE Christmas story to the grandkids. Gifts are opened throughout the rest of the evening and into the next morning. Between naps, visiting, and game playing, breakfast burritos and a traditional Christmas dinner grace the rest day. Boxing Day is then spent recovering from the previous day's festivities.
