I took an old friend to dinner on Monday night. We had a good view of Juneau in a restaurant that is over 50 years old but now has a new facelift. Idabel has lived in Juneau for over 60 years and has seen it change and grow. She enjoyed getting out of the house and having some real conversation. There are a lot of elderly folks in Juneau and I like visiting with them because they have a lot of insight and experience to share.
