Juneau is, by nature, a rainy place to live. We get over 100 inches a year in the valley. Juneauites are so used to rain that if we get too many sunny days in a row we don't know what to do with ourselves and people start getting a little grumpy. The rain was a blessing for me yesterday because it kept me indoors to get some work done.
