Last Friday night was the final concert for the ECA community choir I've participated in these past two years. I had the honor of singing our groups final solo of the evening. The song was an old spiritual called Down By the Riverside. I really enjoyed being in this group and learned a lot about music from our directors Cy and Virginia (a thank you to them). Several other groups sang that evening including our wonderful high school choir, a funny duet by some co-teachers, and an AMAZING performance from the elementary choir (especially a couple soloists). It was rejuvenating and fun to be a part of the choir each week.
