After Colombia I returned to Caracas for another week of work but by the time this photo is posted I will be traveling for Spring Break.  This photo is of a typical view you would see on the 14 mile drive to the airport. Even though this is a barrio, you can tell its residences have taken some pride in their visible neighborhood because of the paint they have added to their homes.
