On Monday morning we took a special train to the top of a mountain overlooking the city of Bogotá. The area is called Monserrate. My friends, Michelle, Mandy, and Daniel and I, enjoyed exploring the area for a few hours. There was an old Catholic church on top. There were also great views of the city, a few trails, some gift shops, and several statues to admire. Unfortunately I forgot to put on sun-block so I acquired a sunburn on my face.
