Wyatt in Los Roques
A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

Saturday morning my friend Michelle and I drove to the airport and took a plane to Los Roques. From there, we boarded this catamaran for a day trip to a beautiful island. To my pleasant surprise the ship was, by far, the nicest boat I've been on in Venezuela. Rafael was the shipboard host. The hour trip to the island was quiet and smooth with a pleasant breeze blowing. For part of the trip we sat directly above the water on the rope-work forward deck. At the island, we pulled directly up to the beach and at lunch we were served lobster. It was all first class.
