Wyatt in Bucharest
A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

The People's Palace sits at the end of the longest street in Bucharest. It is the second largest government building in the world and was constructed in the final years of communism under Ceausescu. These photos do not give perspective of the shear size of the structure. There are daily tours of a few of the thousands of rooms inside. It is truly one of the most amazing places I've been. The building stands as a place of government rule and a reminder of the brutal tyranny of Ceausescu.
