Thursday after work, I took  my parents to El Hatillo. It is an artisan area of town with some neat architecture and shops. My regular taxi driver, Guillermo, took us there and along the way stopped to show us a stunning view of Caracas. The best part of the evening was sitting in a nice little Mexican restaurant, enjoying the food, and shooting the breeze.
