With the economy as it is in Venezuela, people find interesting ways to make a living. Coming out of the Metro on a Saturday next to Parque del Este, I was met by these two clowns selling bubbles and other merchandise. Between them and the park's gate, just forty feet away, I passed at least 20 people selling odds-and-ends such as candies, batteries, and toys. As you can see, these clowns were pleased to have their photo taken.
