On Saturday, I took an hour to go to the glacier and try out my new camera. I can tell that I have a lot of learning to do in order to get the kinds of photos I can visualize. Of the 100 or so photos I took, I am really only happy with a couple. However, the glacier is a good place to get practice because of the variety of photo opportunities. Between the eagles, ice, and water, nothing is ever boring there.
