A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

There is a relatively new Christmas tradition in Alaska. It is a musical-play that is based on a book written about a special Christmas on a remote Alaskan island. The play is called King Island Christmas. It is about 10 years old now and has even had some success in New York and other locations throughout the world. A local theater company did a new production of it this year and my students got to go to a preview of it on Friday at the High School Auditorium. It is a fun play and if you ever get a chance to see it then be sure you do.
