We had a very moving assembly at ECA on Wednesday. In celebration of Venezuela week, the whole school gathered in the auditorium to enjoy the music and dance of a professional group that specializes in the customs of this country (although I am not sure how traditional an electric guitar is). The music was energetic and exciting and the dancers really knew how to move. I especially enjoyed the rhythms and power of the drums. I doubt I will ever be in an assembly again with so much audience participation in clapping and dancing.
