Hurricane Ivan "the Terrible" has been touching Venezuela for several days and has dumped large amounts of rain in Caracas. It comes and goes but it has rained noticeably larger amounts these past few days. This causes all sorts of travel and traffic problems. I was to go diving this weekend but the trip was canceled due to weather related circumstances.
