A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

As anyone who has lived overseas will tell you, there are certain things from home that one gets a craving for. In my case, nothing can compare to Oregon's Tillamook Cheddar Cheese. Mike brought a loaf for me and I started into it this week. I especially like it on crackers. At the rate I'm eating it, I don't expect it to last more than another week. Although Venezuelan cheese is starting to taste better to me, its salty nature will never allow it to compare with my medium cheddar.
