Wyatt in Caracas
A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

Each evening after dark come the pleasant chirping of tree-frogs.  This welcome sound relaxes the senses in contrast to the usual noise of the city.  Upon arrival in Caracas, I thought the sound came from crickets but soon learned differently.  The guard at my building caught a few for me, warning me that they jump.  Sure enough, I had a couple escapees in my apartment within minutes.  No worries, they were caught and returned to nature after a brief photo-shoot.

Note: There is a hidden photo of a different type of frog in the main photo.
