Hidden way up in the mountains near Caracas is an AMAZING Mexican restaurant called Tarahumara.  Saturday, several members of the ECA staff took the bumpy ride to this place and enjoyed several hours of food and conversation. Interestingly, the restaurant is located in the middle of a national forest called San José de Galipan.
