Ah.... Thanksgiving... My favorite holiday... A time to eat too much, sleep too much, and talk too much. The ECA staff celebrated Thanksgiving together on Monday. Wednesday night my sister and my friend Michelle cooked an All-American Thanksgiving dinner. I am not over-exaggerating when I say that it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten.  Thanks Michelle and Patty and Happy Thanksgiving to the rest of you!!
