This past weekend's trip to Canaima in southern Venezuela was amazing. Stepping off the plane is like stepping into settings found in Jurassic Park (minus the dinosaurs). There are waterfalls, tall monolithic mountains, jungle foliages, and long winding rivers. There could be no other place like it. Above are the Ucaima Falls found near the main town. We then traveled up river, looking at the upper falls along the way then walking under Sapo Falls.
