A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

This is my school view every weekday morning from 8:00 to 8:25. I am the lead supervisor for morning recess. Though some students arrive as early as 7:00, the bulk come during this 25 minute stretch. It is easy duty because there are few behavior issues and it usually isn't hot that time of day. I blow the whistle at 8:22 and the students line up. That usually gets me back to my classroom by 8:30 when the Venezuelan National Anthem is played, marking the beginning of a school day.
