Wyatt in Caracas
A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

With just a two year contract in Caracas, I didn't feel it necessary to buy a car.  As mentioned, I often use the metro or walk.  When there are more specialized transportation needs, I call for a taxi.  It is a relatively inexpensive way to get around the city. My regular driver is Guillermo who is considered somewhat of a hero among a few of us at ECA.  Guillermo is a friendly, safe, and reliable driver.  The best part for me is his excellent command of the English language.  Life for a taxi driver in Venezuela is not easy so we try to support Guillermo as much as we can.  It is a treasure to have a good driver.
