Wyatt in Margarita Island
A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

A new sport called Geocaching is gaining popularity throughout the world.  A geocache is a hidden box that's global co-ordinance are published on the Internet.  In theory, a person with a GPS can locate these  boxes, hopefully having an adventure along the way.  There was supposed to be a cache hidden on Margarita Island near my hotel so I took my GPS along in hopes of finding it.  Gerry and I set out with a confused taxi driver and found the area the box was supposed to be in. After crawling around with shorts on in prickly brush for 20 minutes with no success, we finally gave up.  The trip wasn't a bust though.  We had fun trying to find the cache and also got to experience a beautiful sunset.
