A Daily Photo Essay of My Journey

On my way home from a recent walk, I spied a tree with a hundred or more of these caterpillars climbing up and down the trunk. I ran home to get my camera and got several good shots before dark. At one point, I wanted to get a closer look so I carefully picked one up and was rewarded with a little grayish gift left on my hand. A few weeks ago, on my way to school, I had one of these little fellows drop on my head. Glad they don't bite. Also, as I was taking the photos, Venezuelans kept driving by and asking me things or making comments in Spanish. I'm sure they thought I was nuts.
