Last week the ECA technology department ate at a nice sea-food restaurant overlooking Caracas.  The restaurant was dark so we resorted to candles to browse the menu. We spent the evening sharing, laughing, and enjoying each other's company.  I have learned a great deal from these co-workers this year and look forward to seeing what is ahead for each of us.
