My sister gave Dad a special and much appreciated gift by compiling and scanning his slides from the "best summer of his life". That summer he and a friend drove to all 48 of the contiguous United States. I think it was hearing stories about that trip (which I never tire of) that gave me the travel-bug. I hope someday to make a similar journey.
