We arrived in Puerto La Cruz late at night and Venezuelan-American missionary Dennis (on the platform) picked us up and took us to a hotel. The next morning Gerry found a Catholic church and I went to the Igesia de Cristo (Church of Christ). A fellow from Louisiana happened to be there and preached in English (with a translator). Afterwards there was a pot-luck and I enjoyed some good fellowship before heading out to explore the city.
