Traffic in Caracas is a nightmare and so every evening the street corners are handled by traffic cops. This must be one of the most frustrating jobs in the city because drivers don't always pay much attention to them. One expects the cops to yell after errant drivers, "STOP!! STOP!! Or I shall be forced to yell STOP again!"
