On our last evening in Trinidad, we decided to take a tour of the Caroni Swamp National Park.  Located near Port of Spain, this park is home to the national bird, the Ibesis.  We took a 3 hour boat ride to view snakes, crocodiles, crab, fish, and lots of birds.

*Trinidad is the Southern of two islands that make up the country of Trinidad and Tobago.  It is a one hour flight from Caracas and sits just off the coast of Venezuela.  There are over 1 million residents on the island.
