Our first night in Trinidad, we stayed in the La Belle Maison Bed and Breakfast run by Irwin and Merle Lynch.  Their home is beautiful and they are gracious hosts.  If you go to Trinidad, be sure to spend some time with them.  The B&B is in St. Joseph, near the capital city of Port of Spain.

*Trinidad is the Southern of two islands that make up the country of Trinidad and Tobago.  It is a one hour flight from Caracas and sits just off the coast of Venezuela.  There are over 1 million residents on the island.
