As this is Thanksgiving weekend, I am off to the Andes to see if anything in Venezuela is cold.  Here is the ECA staff digging into a Thanksgiving meal.  We all stuffed ourselves on Monday after school in celebration.  Happy Thanksgiving (Gobble, Gobble).
