The traditional Venezuelan
Christmas food is called las hallacas. It is very delicious.
It is like a tamale. Corn meal, shredded chicken,
vegetables, and other good stuff is wrapped and tied in a
palm leaf and boiled for 15 minutes. Then it is cut opened
and enjoyed.
