Dana just pointed out to me that today is Cinco de Mayo (a Mexican holiday celebrated by Americans). It is also becoming the time of year when real fruits and vegetables start arriving in the stores with some level of freshness. We have been enjoying grilling corn on the grill quite a bit lately.
