About 4 years ago, I got an email from a teacher in Maine asking me to send a simple postcard to her class as a part of a project. We've ended up pen-palling a few times a year. She, her husband, and some friends showed up on a cruise ship yesterday and I had the pleasure of showing them around Juneau. I love showing off my town.
