Usually traveling in the woods with 50+ third graders pretty much guarantees that I won't see any wildlife outside of a few squirrels or birds. However, during yesterday's trip, we rounded a corner and saw a young mountain goat staring down at us. He seemed unconcerned that we were there and continued his nap.
