Here is another thing I saw on my hike on Saturday. This pipe has been sitting in that forest for 100 years and somewhere along the road this tree decided to take a bite out of it. It reminds me of a book I recently read called, "The World Without Us" by Alan Wiesman which talks about how quickly the earth is capable of destroying and reclaiming all that man has made.
