Saturday I took a few hours to walk back up into the mountains to one of my favorite spots. There is a flooded forest up there. I had hoped to see some wildlife (I would love to see a wolverine) but there weren't any tracks. Instead, I spent time taking in the silence of the day and enjoying some time looking at the forest.
