I'm usually only sick once or twice a year. This year it hit on Sunday and I've been fighting it all week. I took two days off. After two days back in the classroom, I still have not been up to even half-speed so I am taking today off too to try to break this illness.
On that front, we got a new thermometer than measures ones temperatures by rubbing it along the forehead.. You don't even have to stick it into any of your personal orifices. It is pretty cool.
