We have a family tradition at my parent's house. They put out these blocks that say Merry Christmas on one side and Jesus Loves You on the other side. However, nobody in our family can let them sit there undisturbed. We like to sneak in there and rearrange the letters to make other phrases. You would be amazed at how many possibilities there are.
