The staff at Glacier Valley School has a new, yet unusual, ritual. Voluntarity and once a week, we gather to drum for fifteen minutes. It helps reduce stress and invokes brain activity. It also is helping us bone up on our music-reading ability.

And besides, it is a lot of fun.
