Sometime between 2 A.M. and 4 A.M. Wednesday morning, Juneau officially hit the record mark for snowfall at around 196 inches.... then the rain came. Thane Road was covered up to 20 feet by a human-induced avalanche which took most of the day to clear. No worries. If all goes as planned, I will leave with Dana to head to my parents house for the traditions, "meeting of the in-laws." It should be a fun and exciting week.
