All of the food at the Romanian night was good but we probably had the most compliments on our Papanasi(the "si" makes a "sh" sound)dessert. It is basically a cream-puff with a sour-cream sauce and fruit sprinkled on top. We chose blue-berries for our fruit topping. We added a mint leaf for flavor and color. Several people said they were surprised that any dessert would have sour-cream in it and yet taste so good.
