My favorite building in Budapest is the Basilica for St. Stephen. He was the founder of Hungary and a national hero from long ago. The basilica is very large and impressive and is full of statues and shiny things. One wonders if the place was built to worship God or St. Stephen. In either case, it is a not-to-miss place in Hungary.
