There are these great little ponds right off of the bike path near Fred Meyer. For years I've noticed this little bird-house sitting in the middle of one of the ponds. I can't tell if someone put it up and abandoned it or if it is closely monitored. I'm not even totally sure if it is for owls, for goshawks or some other creature. I do know this, it gives an already classy looking pond an even classier look.
